1: make the basics: crafting table and a cobble generator and a furnace
2: make every color of wool and make pixel art with it (be creative)
3: make a mob trap
4: make a farm that you can 'walk' on without trampling the farmland
the farm will have pumpkins (know how to get more seeds) ; melons (know your way around) ; wheat (get seeds, harvest, make bread) ; cactus (make a 3 slot automatic cactus farm) ; mushroom farm (you may use bonemeal if you want) ; sugar cane (self explanatory)
5: make cake
6: have grassland suitable for spawning animals and [breed them (when in 1.9 or above)]
7: make a bed
8: kill a creeper with your fists
